The East West Link is an 18 kilometre cross-city road connection extending across Melbourne from the Eastern Freeway to the Western Ring Road.
Peninsula Link is a 27 kilometre freeway from Carrum Downs to Mt Martha. It connects three major freeways and is transforming the way people travel around Frankston and the Mornington Peninsula.

The Minister for Planning has approved the eastern section of the East West Link. As part of this decision, the Elliott Avenue interchange will be removed from the project plans and will be replaced by access to Flemington Road, subject to further detailed design work.
