EastLink was Australia’s largest urban road development during its construction. The $2.5 billion Public Private Partnership (PPP) project was delivered by ConnectEast, with construction by Thiess John Holland.
The project opened five months early in June 2008, providing a 39 kilometre north-south road connection between Ringwood and Frankston.
